REGISTRATION

Those wishing to attend should complete and return this registration form [pdf, 144K], with the required payment, as soon as possible. The registration fee includes all lunches, tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the whisky tasting, the Symposium Dinner and a copy of the proceedings.

The principal author or one co-author of each paper must register, otherwise papers will not be published in the proceedings.

· A reduced registration fee of £395 is available for those registering before the 1st of March 2003. Thereafter the full price of £450 will apply.

· A non-refundable administration charge of 30% of any fee paid will be applied for cancellation after the 21st May 2003.

· Bona fide students may register for the reduced fee of £250 which excludes attendance at the Symposium Dinner, before and after 1st of March 2003.

· A Day One Only fee of £250 (£300 after the 1st March) is being offered for those who wish to attend only the more general overview sessions on Monday 23rd June. This includes lunch, tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the whisky tasting and a copy of the proceedings.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS PROGRAMME
There will be a programme of excursions for accompanying persons. This will include day trips to see Edinburgh, Scotland’s Historic Capital and to Ayrshire. Registration for the accompanying persons will include attendance at the welcome reception, the whisky tasting and the Symposium Dinner. A reduced fee of £150 per person is available for those registering before the 1st of March 2003. Thereafter a fee of £170 will apply.
